Comprehensive Plan

Reports accessed to the left were prepared for the New York State Department of State with funds provided under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund.

In October of 2006, the Village of Cold Spring resolved to undertake the modification and updating of the Village Comprehensive Plan. The Special Board assigned with this task is comprised of nine members appointed by the Mayor and Board of Trustees with one member of the Village Board serving as a liaison.
