Code Update Review

Under a Cleaner Greener Communities Grant from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and a Hudson River Valley Greenway Community Grant, and in furtherance of consistency with the Village of Cold Spring’s Comprehensive Plan, various chapters in the Village Code were updated as part of a public process extending over a number of years. Additionally, the Zoning Map was updated to reflect modifications in Zoning Districts. Two sets of public hearings were held on the proposed modifications: July-November 2021 and April-June 2023.
